Message Presenting The SZ-EXP90 Turbo Kit! (Extreme Power 900HP Capable)

This kit is the highest flowing turbo available to this date
for a Z as a true bolt on kit.
This turbo has newer technology than any other kit available
and offers efficiency we have never seen before. This kit will
bolt onto MS manifolds.
To be completely honest, we had a customer want to use this turbo
and I tried to talk him out of it. Based on past experience I
felt the lag would be horrible because of the turbos size.
I always believed more power was going to have more lag......
Well the customer went through with installing the turbos and
when we went to tune it we were blown away with the results.
The customer previously had GT28RS turbos and our 2.5" exhaust
parts, He also had JWT 500 cams, JWT dual pops, and Greddy Intercoolers.
We had tuned the car with this set up, so we had something to
compare the new turbo with.
The only change in the new set up was installing the new turbos
along with our 3" exhaust. We were required to make custom 3
inch expansion downpipes just for these turbos. The regular 3
inch expansion downpipes we sell match the opening size of a
GT28RS or smaller turbo. These new turbos have the housing cut
back to fit the larger wheel. Custom flanges and separators
were made to match the turbo's size.
The customer kept all the stock intake piping, even the horrible
stock suction pipes that are smaller than the turbo wheel and
compressor opening......So this customers set up has a lot left
in it when the suction pipes and intercooler pipes are upgraded
to match the flow of the turbos.

The dyno charts represent the previous GT28RS turbos against
the new turbos we are offering as a kit.
Our kit is going to come with all the parts needed including
much better suction pipes and a modified outlet pipe for the
drivers side. The passenger side works out perfect with just
a coupler on the stock pipe. We do recommend 2.5" pipes for the
intercoolers with these turbos, but as you can see from the dyno
chart it works pretty amazing even with the stock pipes :-)

When we dyno tune we do not spray the intercoolers with N20 to
get unrealistic numbers. We strive to show you real world results
only. We strap the car down with 6 straps so the tires do not
slip on the dyno; causing a crazy fictitious number from sling-shooting
the dyno rollers when the tires finally grab (can cause spiking
on the graph).

Here is the graph showing the GT28RS at full boost 24 PSI and
the new Turbo at 30 PSI.
We had to stop here because the customers car only had the stock
fuel pump and we could not go any higher without adding a larger
fuel pump or a second pump.

For those that want to see both turbos at the same boost pressure, here they both are at 24PSI. The GT28RS turbo's max out at 24 PSI without N20, These new turbos will easily make 36 PSI if you have the fuel capacity and octane.

We will be putting packages together with the custom larger downpipes,
MS manifolds, 300degree rails with 850 injectors and the turbos.

As always we can work any kind of package you like at a package
rate.

This is the set up I am installing in my own car and I have been
mocking up all the parts on my engine.

Word of mouth gets around, so we already have a waiting list
for the new turbo kits....Currently the wait time is about 2
weeks.
We do plan on this being a stocking item once we get caught up with the current demand.

The list price right now is $3595.00
Price includes the following....
2- Turbos
2- Turbine inlet and outlet gaskets
2- wastegate brackets
2- Forge wastegates (With 15 lb or 20 lb springs)
2- AN10 oil drain flanges
2- oil drain gaskets
2- Oil drain hoses and clamps
2- Oil feed restrictors and feed hoses
1- 90 degree silicone hose and clamps
1- straight silicone hose and clamps
2- silicone transition hoses and clamps
2- stainless steel suction pipes
1- modified drivers side compressor outlet pipe (exchange)

We felt it was a much better idea to improve the suction pipes rather than make an adapter
to try to make the stock restrictive pipe work.

We have seen how poor the stock drivers side outlet pipe fits
when other kits use a 90 degree silicone hose and try to reuse
the stock pipe.
So we took it a step farther and modified the pipe get the angles
correct to improve flow and look better.
We do recommend larger piping, but you can get the car going
well with this set up and upgrade the intercooler pipes after getting more
comfortable with all the power this system offers.

We will also offer swain coating the turbine housings and
we will also offer modified compressor housings for those brave enough to squeeze everything you can out of these beauty's!

We kindly thank you for all the support you have given us!!!!
